EasilyPay Refund Policy
EasilyPay Refund Policy
Effective Date: 24/05/2025
At EasilyPay, we are committed to providing our users with reliable, secure, and efficient virtual financial services. As part of our transparency and compliance commitment, the following Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted.
1. General Policy Overview
EasilyPay operates as a digital financial platform that issues virtual Visa/Mastercards and offers balance loading via USDT (TRC20), bKash, Nagad, and other supported payment methods. Due to the nature of our services and the digital issuance of non-reversible virtual products, all payments are considered final and non-refundable once a service is delivered or activated.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Successful creation of virtual cards
- Balance added to EasilyPay wallet via crypto or local gateways
- Transactions made using EasilyPay cards
- KYC verification or document review fees (if charged)
- Manual processing or gateway service charges
- System activation or subscription-based plans (if any)
Once a transaction is marked as “successful” or “delivered”, it is considered final.
3. Refunds for Failed or Duplicate Transactions
Refunds may be processed only in the following cases:
- You were charged twice for the same service (duplicate payment)
- The service failed due to a system error on EasilyPay’s side
- You submitted payment but the system failed to credit your account or card
To qualify, users must report the issue within 24 hours of the transaction and provide:
- The transaction ID or payment proof
- The email address associated with their EasilyPay account
- A brief description of the issue
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days, either as a reversal to your wallet or original payment method (if possible).
4. Cryptocurrency Transactions (USDT TRC20)
Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, refunds for crypto-based deposits (USDT TRC20) are only possible if:
- The transaction was sent to an incorrect wallet address listed by us
- The deposit was made for a service that could not be fulfilled by EasilyPay due to a platform issue
Refunds are not available for errors made by the user (e.g., sending from the wrong chain or insufficient gas fees).
5. Fraudulent or Suspicious Activity
If we detect fraudulent activity, account misuse, chargeback abuse, or identity misrepresentation, EasilyPay reserves the right to:
- Deny any refund request
- Suspend or permanently block your account
- Report to payment processors and local authorities if necessary
Refunds will not be issued in cases of intentional misuse or violation of our Terms of Use or KYC policy.
6. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please email our billing team at:
- Email: support@easilypay.co.uk
Include the following:
- Your full name and registered email
- The exact transaction ID
- Screenshots or proof of issue
- A short explanation of your request
7. Final Decision
All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of the EasilyPay billing and compliance team. We aim to handle each request fairly, but all decisions made by us regarding refunds are final and binding.
8. Policy Changes
EasilyPay reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. All updates will be posted on our website. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
Thank you for choosing EasilyPay. We appreciate your trust and aim to provide full transparency in all transactions and services.
