EasilyPay – KYC (Know Your Customer) Policy

1. Purpose of KYC
The goal of EasilyPay’s KYC policy is to:
- Prevent identity theft and fraud
- Ensure compliance with global financial regulations
- Protect users and our platform from illegal activity (e.g., money laundering, terrorist financing)
- Verify user authenticity before issuing virtual cards and enabling financial transactions
2. When KYC is Required
KYC is mandatory before:
- Creating virtual Visa/Mastercards
- Using wallet services or funding cards
- Withdrawing funds (if available)
- Performing high-risk or high-volume transactions
EasilyPay may also request KYC for accounts with suspicious activity.
3. Information Collected
We collect the following during KYC verification:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Country and address
- One government-issued ID:
- Passport
- National ID
- Driver’s license
4. Document Requirements
Documents must be:
- Valid (not expired)
- Clear and readable
- Free of edits or watermarks
- Matching your EasilyPay profile
We may request additional documents such as a selfie with your ID for enhanced verification.
5. How We Verify
All documents are reviewed by our compliance team. Verification usually takes 15 minutes to 24 hours. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or request new submissions.
6. Data Privacy
KYC data is encrypted and stored securely. We do not sell or share your data. EasilyPay complies with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
7. Failure to Complete KYC
Failure to complete KYC will result in:
- Inability to create or use virtual cards
- Restricted access to wallet services
- Possible account deactivation for policy violation
