1. Transfer Money Charges

• Fixed Charge: $1.00 USD
• Percentage Charge: 0.50%
• Minimum Amount: $1.00 USD
• Maximum Amount: $10,000.00 USD
• Daily Limit: $50,000.00 USD
• Monthly Limit: $1,000,000.00 USD

Example: Transferring $100 will cost $1.50 total.

2. Virtual Card Charges

• Fixed Card Creation Fee: $4.00 USD
• Percentage Fee: 0.50%
• Minimum Load Amount: $1.00 USD
• Maximum Load Amount: $10,000.00 USD
• Daily Load Limit: $50,000.00 USD
• Monthly Limit: $1,000,000.00 USD

Note: Card creation fee is one-time and deducted instantly.

3. Card Reload Charges

• Fixed Reload Fee: $2.00 USD
• Percentage Fee: 1.00%
• Minimum Reload: $1.00 USD
• Maximum Reload: $10,000.00 USD
• Daily Limit: $50,000.00 USD
• Monthly Limit: $1,000,000.00 USD

Reload charges are displayed before completing the transaction.

4. Gift Card Charges

• Fixed Fee: $1.00 USD
• Percentage Fee: 1.00%
• Minimum Purchase: $1.00 USD
• Maximum Limit: $10,000.00 USD
• Daily Limit: $50,000.00 USD
• Monthly Limit: $1,000,000.00 USD

Gift cards are usually delivered instantly or within 15 minutes.

5. Refund Charges

• Daily Refund Limit: $50,000.00 USD

Refunds are subject to admin approval and processed in 1–3 business days.
