How to Withdraw Money from EasilyPay
EasilyPay offers a simple and secure process to withdraw money from your wallet to external payment methods like bKash, Nagad, or USDT (TRC20). Please follow the detailed steps below to complete a successful withdrawal.
Step 1: Log into Your EasilyPay Account
Visit https://easilypay.co.uk and log in using your email and OTP verification code. Ensure your KYC is verified before proceeding.
Step 2: Check Your Wallet Balance
From your dashboard, view your current balance in the top section. Make sure you have a sufficient balance to make a withdrawal.
Step 3: Go to the “Withdraw” Section
Click on the “Withdraw” option in the left-side navigation menu. You will see a list of available withdrawal methods such as:
- bKash (Personal)
- Nagad (Personal)
- USDT (TRC20)
Step 4: Choose Your Withdrawal Method
Select your preferred withdrawal method. Each method has its own rules:
- bKash: Must be a personal number. Minimum ৳100. A small service fee may apply.
- Nagad: Must be a verified personal wallet. Service charges may apply.
- USDT (TRC20): Enter your valid TRC20 address and confirm gas fee details. Minimum 10 USDT required.
Step 5: Enter Required Details
Fill in the form with accurate information:
- Your wallet number or TRC20 address
- Withdrawal amount
- Any additional notes (optional)
Click “Submit Request” once completed.
Step 6: Wait for Manual Approval
Your request will show as “Under Review”. Withdrawals are processed manually within 5 to 15 minutes (during support hours 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM BST).
Step 7: Confirmation
Once approved, you will receive:
- A confirmation email
- Wallet transaction ID (for crypto)
- “Completed” status in your EasilyPay dashboard
How to Withdraw Money from EasilyPay Virtual Cards
Please note: Virtual cards are not designed for withdrawing funds like physical debit cards. However, if you have unused balance on a virtual card, you may request a reversal into your EasilyPay wallet (only if allowed under your plan and card type).
Important Rules:
- Only unused, untouched card balances may be eligible for reversal
- Withdrawals from active or used virtual cards are not supported
- Third-party cash out or fund recovery from virtual cards is prohibited
To Request Card Reversal:
- Go to your “Cards” section
- Click on the card that has available unused balance
- Click “Request Reversal” if the button appears (available only under eligible conditions)
- Submit reason and confirmation
Your request will be reviewed by our billing team. If approved, the amount will be credited back to your EasilyPay wallet within 1–3 business days.
